Biography

Raul Martinez, MD, treats every patient like family, putting his patient's needs first. Dr. Martinez was drawn to pursue a career in medicine because he always admired physicians as pillars of the community.

Dr. Martinez chose to specialize in family medicine because it allows him to see a diverse range of medical issues. He completed medical school at the Ross University School of Medicine and the Hinsdale Family Medical Residency. He is board-certified by the American Board of Family Physicians. The part he enjoys most about his role is being able to help those in need and make an impact on his patients' lives.

Dr. Martinez was raised in southern California and now resides in San Antonio, Texas. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends and traveling. His hobbies include skiing, golf, cooking and learning about financial literacy and the stock market. Dr. Martinez has a full family, including his partner, three children and five pets (four dogs and one cat).
