How do I create an account?

If you are an existing patient, you will receive an email with login instructions. If you did not receive this email or cannot find it, call your provider’s office to have a login email resent. If you are a new patient, you will receive an email with login instructions after your first visit.

What if I forget my password?

If you forget your password, you can reset it by tapping “Forgot password” on the login screen. Follow the instructions to receive a reset link.

How often is information updated in the app?

Your health information is updated regularly after you’ve been seen by a provider. Typically, within 24 – 48 hours after changes are made by your provider.

Can I give family members or caregivers access to my account?

Yes, you can grant family members and caregivers access through the app settings.

To schedule a virtual video visit, call your clinic directly to request a virtual appointment. The clinic staff can help you set up an appointment and give you instructions to make sure you have a smooth visit while using Healow.
