By downloading Healow, you have all the tools you need to stay on top of your health right at your fingertips. It’s free, user-friendly and a great way to stay connected to your care team. Available on both iOS and Android.
For iOS users:
1. Open the App store on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Search for “Healow” in the search bar.
3. Tap “Get” and then “install” to download the app.
4. Open the app and follow the on-screen instructions.

If you are an existing patient, you will receive an email with login instructions. If you did not receive this email or cannot find it, call your provider’s office to have a login email resent. If you are a new patient, you will receive an email with login instructions after your first visit.
If you forget your password, you can reset it by tapping “Forgot password” on the login screen. Follow the instructions to receive a reset link.
Your health information is updated regularly after you’ve been seen by a provider. Typically, within 24 – 48 hours after changes are made by your provider.
